MIFA runs personal trackers and tools on your iPhone. Your own AI, such as Claude, makes them for you. This page says what MIFA keeps, where, and for how long.

On your iPhone

Everything you enter in your trackers and tools, their settings and their reminders stays on your iPhone. We never receive it. It is part of your iPhone's own backups, like other app data. Deleting MIFA deletes it.

MIFA has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking, and no other company's code runs inside it.

When you link your AI

Linking is optional; the examples work without it. When you link, your iPhone gets a private link that you add to your AI. Anyone with that link can send apps to your iPhone, so keep it to yourself. You can replace it with a new one, or unlink, at any time in Your AI.

While your iPhone is linked, our server keeps:

When your AI says part of a request couldn't be built, we keep the text of that note without anything that links it to you or your iPhone. It helps us decide what MIFA should learn to do next.

Everything travels over an encrypted connection. Our server is run by us; we don't sell or share your data.

Your AI

What you type to your AI is handled by its provider (for example Anthropic for Claude) under their privacy policy. We receive only what your AI sends to MIFA's tools, as listed above.

Links

A link in an app opens in Safari inside MIFA only when you tap it. The site you open sees your visit as it would in Safari.

Deleting your data

Unlink in Your AI deletes everything our server keeps about your iPhone at once: its details, your apps and every version, waiting rows, usage counts and request logs. Only the unlinked notes about what couldn't be built stay. To delete what is on your iPhone, delete the app or MIFA itself.

If you removed MIFA without unlinking first, email us and we'll delete your data.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us at feedback@tendwellapps.com. If you are in the UK or the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
